Frontier Airlines (NASDAQ: ULCC), a NAVBLUE N-PBS customer since 2019, signed up for NAVBLUE’s electronic flight bag, Flysmart+. The package includes EFB management services to support the administration of Flysmart+ for Frontier Airlines.

Flysmart+ will allow Frontier Airlines to switch to paperless operations and to optimize aircraft performance and Weight & Balance calculations.

This Flysmart+ version has been specifically designed for North American operators to comply with their local regulatory requirements and replaces paper performance charts as part of the “EFB as Standard Ops” Airbus project. 

Frontier will use Flysmart+ as a primary source for in-flight performance calculations and secondary for landing calculations.

Flysmart+  Entry Into Service will start in the first quarter of 2022.
