Corsair A330neo taking off

Airbus Training is proud to announce the renewed Corsair's confidence in the Airbus pilot training programs for their A330neo fleet with the Dry-lease agreement of the brand new A330neo FFS (Full Flight Simulator) in the new Airbus Training Centre based in Toulouse, France. This decision not only strengthens a long-standing collaboration, initiated several years ago but also underscores Corsair's commitment to excellence and safety. We are thrilled to continue this journey together. Corsair is a French long-haul airline operating a 100% Airbus A330neo fleet, one of the youngest and most modern in the world.

On November 3, 2025, we were pleased to welcome Corsair's pilots to our brand new training facilities. The new center is equipped with a state-of-the-art A330neo FFS, which will be instrumental in providing a superior training experience. Corsair will use this FFS for both recurrent and initial training.

This feature makes training more efficient and effective, as pilots can practice on a system that behaves just like the aircraft they fly, eliminating the need for separate familiarisation briefings. This will be beneficial as well for the Maintenance training with engine run ups that will be done on a representative Full Flight Simulator. Corsair is one of the first customers who will take advantage of the simulator's ability to accurately represent its own in-service A330neo aircraft.

This partnership with Airbus strengthens our commitment to safety, excellence and continuous training. It is a new step forward in Corsair’s ambition to operate one of the most modern and responsible fleets in the world. Enea Fracassi - Chief Operating Officer at Corsair

We are excited to build upon this relationship and look forward to many more years of success with Corsair.

This Dry-lease agreement is the latest part of a collaboration built on a foundation of mutual trust. It facilitates experience sharing between the two organisations. Corsair's operational insights and feedback from their pilots provide Airbus with critical real-world data, allowing us to continuously refine our training programs and aircraft design. In turn, Corsair benefits from direct access to Airbus' expertise and cutting-edge resources including Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), ensuring their operations are as efficient and safe as possible.
