NAVBLUE to equip Seneca Polytechnic students with industry-leading software
Demonstrating commitment to career-readiness

Students at Seneca Polytechnic’s School of Aviation will soon have access to industry-proven software.
NAVBLUE, a global leader in flight operations solutions and services, is providing Seneca with N-Flight Planning, its award-winning planning platform, for educational use.
Seneca students will use N-Flight Planning to learn how to optimize fuel, time and cost savings in the management of aircraft movements, while also ensuring safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
"At NAVBLUE, we are happy to collaborate with Seneca Polytechnic to provide the next generation of aviation professionals with access to flight planning tools. By offering students practical expertise with N-Flight Planning, we are helping to equip them with the critical skills necessary for success in the aviation industry, ensuring they are ready to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving sector”, said Erin Appleby, Vice President Operation Excellence, Quality and Safety, and Managing Director of NAVBLUE Canada.
“We deeply appreciate NAVBLUE’s generosity in selecting Seneca Polytechnic as the first postsecondary institution in Ontario to receive a licence to use N-Flight Planning,” said Jeff McCarthy, Dean, Seneca Business. “Seneca students will benefit from having access to the same types of platforms that they’ll use as they launch their careers in the aviation industry.”
The software will enhance the career-readiness of students in Seneca’s Aviation Operations and Aviation Safety programmes, preparing graduates for in-demand roles in the Canadian aviation sector.
