What makes the A220 cabin look so spacious compared to other aircraft in its class?
It is thanks to the A220 cross-section which is designed from inside out around the passenger, providing a true widebody comfort. As a result, the cabin features larger seats, spacious overhead bins — allowing one bag per passenger — and larger windows for added comfort.
What is the size of the windows?
The A220 large windows present the best view of the sky. They are larger than 777 windows (widebody size), 11” X 16”. Positioned at eyesight, passengers do not need to bend the neck to see through the window. There are one to two windows per row, which allows a large amount of natural light inside the cabin, which enhances the impression of space.
