Singapore, 28 June, 2021 - Scoot has extended its Airbus Flight Hour Services-Tailored Support Package (FHS-TSP) to its new A321neo fleet.

Under the agreement, Airbus’ FHS-TSP solution offers the highest standards of aircraft technical dispatch and operations, and supports the Singapore Airlines low-cost subsidiary in areas of component availability and repair, as well as fleet technical management to optimise aircraft availability and guarantee on time performance .

The multi-year, maintenance-by-the-hour contract covers integrated component services, including on-site stock, pool access, and repair services. The airline will also benefit from Airbus’ engineering expertise and FHS local representatives in Singapore to support the daily maintenance activities.

The agreement builds on the existing Airbus FHS-TSP programme for Scoot’s A320ceo and A320neo fleets.

We are pleased to announce this new agreement just as the A321neo enters service with Scoot. With the A321neo, Scoot will be able to increase capacity and open new routes across the Asian region. Under the FHS agreement, Airbus will provide the highest level of engineering and maintenance support to ensure optimum operational efficiency as Scoot positions itself for the recovery in air travel.

Bruno Bousquet, Airbus Head of Customer Services for Asia-Pacific

The latest contract agreement highlights FHS-TSP’s ‘all-in-one’ competitiveness with material management, maintenance operations and engineering solutions. It also demonstrates the continued interest in Airbus’ integrated maintenance service, proving more relevant than ever in post-crisis times when airlines need to carefully monitor their costs and contain investments.
