Combined with the latest technologies of the Airbus Skywise Core Platform, S.FP+ is a new step in the digitalisation of Tech Ops towards becoming a data-driven organisation. It is an integrated solution that aims at improving Technical Operations team collaboration, aircraft dispatch, unscheduled event anticipation and fleet reliability. 

Together with our Digital Alliance partners, we develop models to predict failures by following parts behaviours and automatically inform the users. 

S.FP+ also includes artificial intelligence capabilities such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology that detects repetitive faults and identifies associated technical documentation references. Based on knowledge ranging from the individual aircraft to the Skywise Community levels, NLP allows S.FP+ to determine a defect’s most probable cause, significantly reducing investigation time and right-fix implementation, as well as simplifying, automating and streamlining operations.
