The service is operated 24/7, following the follow the sun concept.

How does Airbus recover the logs from the aircraft?

Depending on the aircraft the logs are automatically pushed to Airbus by the aircraft. The logs are not kept by Airbus. 

Is Skywise mandatory to operate the Aircraft SOC?

Skywise is not mandatory but highly recommended to make the most of the service and use all the features of the service.
