What is the Pilot Cadet Training Programme ?
Shaping the future generation of pilots to become airline leaders for safe and sustainable aviation.
More than just getting a licence, the Airbus Pilot Cadet Training Programme is a philosophy, a mindset, aimed at progressively acquiring key pilot technical and behavioural competencies you expect from your future pilots.
By providing the initial (Ab Initio) phases, Airbus enables you to accompany and empower your future airline pilots from the beginning of their flight training path, to the obtention of the (frozen*) Airline Transport Pilot Licence.
As an end-to-end training provider, Airbus can also provide Advanced training, such as Type Rating afterwards.
We build aircraft. We train pilots to operate them while placing individuals at the heart.
* To ‘unfreeze’ and obtain a full Airline Transport Pilot Licence, pilots need to log 1500 flight hours time and pass a practical test.
